This documentation describes the blood pressure measurement data. CSV Public The dataset can be directly traced back to the US National Center for Health Statistics. The data was originally collected as part of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 2001 to 2002. The first recertification for the blood pressure component was conducted six months after the start of NHANES 1999; quarterly recertification training has been conducted since that time. Please refer to the NHANES Physician Examination Procedures Manual (National Center for Health Statistics, 2000) for more detailed information about the blood pressure protocol. 3 Heart Failure Clinical Records (DATA_MINIMAL) Heart Failure Clinical Records (DATA_MINIMAL) Not specified a dataset containing medical records of 299 heart failure patients collected at the Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology and at the Allied Hospital in Faisalabad (Punjab, Pakistan). The patients consisted of 105 women and 194 men and their ages range between 50 and 95 years old. All 299 patients had left ventricular systolic dysfunction and had previous heart failures that put them in classes III or IV of New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification of the stages of heart failure. The dataset contains 13 features, which report clinical, body, and lifestyle information. A detailed description can be found in the Dataset section of the referenced introductory paper: "Machine learning can predict survival of patients with heart failure from serum creatinine and ejection fraction alone." http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/file-type/CSV Public The dataset is sourced from a paper by Chicco et al. (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12911-020-1023-5) and can be traced back to a case study by Ahmad et al. (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0181001) in which the dataset was first created. The data was collected at the Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology and at the Allied Hospital in Faisalabad (Punjab, Pakistan). The primary objective the data was collected for was a case study focused on survival analysis of heart failure patients. 20 July 2017 3 February 2020 The patients consisted of 105 women and 194 men, and their ages range between 40 and 95 years old.
